PVC CPVC Teller Rosette Ring for Scrubber Tower Gas Separation
The Teller Rosette Ring (also called Koch Tellerette®) is an advanced random tower packing developed for ultra-efficient mass transfer in distillation, absorption, and stripping columns.
Random Packing High Temp Corrosion Resistant Scrubber Packing
The CPVC Teller Rosette Ring (also known as CPVC Flower Ring or Koch Tellerette®) is a high-performance random tower packing engineered for aggressive chemical environments. Manufactured from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), this unique flower-shaped packing delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, ultra-low pressure drop, and superior mass transfer efficiency in wet scrubbers, distillation columns, and gas absorption towers.

CPVC material outperforms standard PVC and PP in harsh acidic and alkaline environments. It resists degradation from hydrochloric acid (HCl), chlorine (Cl2), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), and sodium hydroxide (NaOH), extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.
The open rosette design creates large void spaces (>90%), minimizing gas flow resistance. This allows higher gas throughput without flooding, making it ideal for deep packed beds and energy-efficient operation.
The multi-lobe structure promotes excellent liquid distribution and frequent film renewal. Gas-liquid contact is maximized through continuous splitting and remixing, resulting in higher absorption rates compared to conventional ring packings.
Unlike standard PVC which softens above 60°C, CPVC maintains structural integrity at temperatures up to 120°C (248°F), enabling use in hot process streams where other plastics would fail.
